Welcome to HEALTH GATES (referred to as “mobile app/app/website/online services/healthgates), services provided by PulseiEHR Tech Solutions, a Saudi Company based in Saudi Arabia ( the Company). The mobile app is operated by the Company (referred to as "we/our/us/mobile app/website/online service/HEALTH GATES). As a user (referred to as "you/your/ patients/clients") of the website you must read and acknowledge below the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
By using the online services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Read carefully before using the online service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use the online services.
HEALTH GATES makes this app available for the sole purpose of facilitating communications between health services providers and consumers who choose to use the online service. Under NO condition HEALTH GATES is liable for the consultancy advice of the Doctors or consultants. HEALTH GATES Only provides a platform of communication and connects members (Patients or Clients) with registered / Certified Doctors & Consultants.
Members/Users using the HEALTH GATES accept that any advice provided by the Doctors/Consultants are only between them and Members (Patients /Clients) and HEALTH GATES under NO circumstances may be liable for it. Therefore, members agree that under NO condition they can take any legal action against HEALTH GATES or any of the staff for the advice and consultancy of the Doctors/ Consultants.
YOUR USE OF HEALTH GATES
Interaction with health services providers using HEALTH GATES is not intended to take the place of appointments with your regular primary care provider. If you do not have an established relationship with a primary care provider, you are encouraged to develop one. Do not disregard medical advice from your regular doctor or other health professional because of information provided by a health services provider via HEALTH GATES.
HEALTH GATES is not licensed to practice medicine and does not render medical care or medical advice.
Neither HEALTH GATES, nor any of its licensors or suppliers, shall be liable for any advice obtained from a health service provider using HEALTH GATES. HEALTH GATES does not recommend or endorse any specific providers, tests, medications, products or procedures. All services or recommendations made by a health service provider are based on their independent professional judgment.
Do not use this app for emergency medical needs, If you experience a medical emergency, call your doctor or visit hospital immediately.
INFORMATION ABOUT HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS
When you choose to use the HEALTH GATES digital platform you will be provided with a list of health services providers based on the selection criteria that you provide and on provider availability. The information we make available about any particular health services provider is supplied to us by that provider, and HEALTH GATES makes no warranty as to its accuracy. Users of the HEALTH GATES digital platform are ultimately responsible for choosing which health services provider to communicate with.
YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for your own communications using HEALTH GATES. You may not:
- communicate material that is copyrighted, without the permission of the copyright owner.
- communicate material that reveals trade secrets, unless you have permission of the owner.
- communicate material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
- communicate material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any person or entity.
- communicate a sexually explicit image.
- communicate chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- impersonate another person; or
- violate the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

The Websites and Platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, HEALTH GATES disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied condition or warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HEALTH GATES does not warrant that the Websites and Platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Websites and Platforms or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
HEALTH GATES makes no guarantees and disclaims any implied warranty or representation about its accuracy, relevance, timeliness, completeness, or appropriateness of any content posted on the Website and Platforms for a particular purpose. HEALTH GATES assumes no liability arising from or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Websites and/or Platforms.
A virtual consultation is an alternative method of providing care to patients that efficiently respond to routine, non-complex medical problems.
The virtual consultations and care provided, in no shape or form is a substitute for actual medical intervention whose nature might be complex and should not be utilized for complex, non-routine or emergency medical care. In the event of such a situation, the patient must immediately consult the nearest available medical care provider.
HEALTH GATES App Requires location
permission to enable Bluetooth Devices to be connected to the
application even when the app is in use. No location data is collected or
shared with any third party. HEALTH GATES does not track your location
neither saves location data.
ACCOUNT
Your account is associated with your mobile number and is verified via an OTP sent to your mobile device/email ; this will allow you to access the HEALTH GATES digital platform. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mobile device and are prohibited from making available your mobile device to any third party. You agree to notify HEALTH GATES Customer Support or Admin at info@healthgates.net immediately of any unauthorized use of your mobile device or of any need to reset or lock down the account.
Electronic Communication
As you use online services and communicate with us electronically, you also consent to receive communications from us electronically, by means of emails, newsletter or by posting notices such as disclosures on the website/mobile app. You agree that any communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement, as in writing.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other electronic communications with your information for training purposes, to check instructions given to us and to improve the quality of our patient services.
TERMINATION
HEALTH GATES may terminate any user's right to use this app at any time. HEALTH GATES reserves the right to block, delete or stop the uploading of materials and communications that it in its sole discretion finds unacceptable for any reason. If your right to use this app ends, you shall make no further use of this app or any information obtained from this app. If you find that you have been terminated, you may contact HEALTH GATES Customer Support at mailto:info@healthgates.net for further information.
LINKING TO OTHER APPS/SITES
From time to time we will provide links to other apps/websites, not owned, or controlled by HEALTH GATES. We do this because we think this information might be of interest or use to you or where, as a user, we can provide you with value-added services. While we do our best to ensure your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other apps/sites. A link to a non-HEALTH GATES app/website does not constitute or imply endorsement by HEALTH GATES.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on non- HEALTH GATES apps/websites. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any app/website you visit.
APPROPRIATENESS OF CONTENT
This app is not intended to attract children under the age of 18. Children under 18 must be enrolled on the app under their parent or guardian’s account as a dependent. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for being present with their minors when using the HEALTH GATES app.
NO LIABILITY FOR COMPUTERS AND NETWORKS USED TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
We are only responsible for the security of the computer systems we own and operate. HEALTH GATES shall have no liability for information about you stored or recorded by any computer or mobile device or any network, whether public or private, that you may use to access HEALTH GATES.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to access or use the HEALTH GATES digital platform for an unlawful or illegitimate purpose. You shall not attempt to disrupt the operation of the services or the HEALTH GATES system. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks.
OPERATION AND RECORD RETENTION
HEALTH GATES reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of HEALTH GATES. HEALTH GATES may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the services. HEALTH GATES is responsible for maintaining data arising from use of the services, but does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the data stored. HEALTH GATES reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the HEALTH GATES system pursuant to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the content available on or through HEALTH GATES app/website is the property of HEALTH GATES or their licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. We give you permission to display, download, store and print the content only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the content received using the HEALTH GATES digital platform to anyone. All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from the HEALTH GATES app/website is the copyrighted work of HEALTH GATES or its licensors. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the HEALTH GATES app/website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this app/site without the express written permission of HEALTH GATES, or any other party that may own the trademark.
Subject to these terms and the HEALTH GATES User Agreement, HEALTH GATES hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software, network facilities, content and documentation on and in the HEALTH GATES app/website to the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to access and use the HEALTH GATES digital platform for your personal use.
DIGITAL MILLENIUM COPYRIGHT ACT

LIABILITY OF HEALTH GATES AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS
No Liability. HEALTH GATES AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING, FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ENTIRE SECTION, ALL PROVIDERS OF CONTENT FOR THIS APP/WEBSITE) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY OR INDEMNITY, FOR ANY DAMAGES OR PENALTIES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS APP/SITE OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. HEALTH GATES and its licensors and suppliers are not responsible for any claims you may have against any medical professionals, suppliers of products or other persons, institutions or entities identified in whole or in part through this app/website.
No Warranties. THE APP/SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." HEALTH GATES, ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
HEALTH GATES, ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE INFORMATION IN, OR LINKS OR SEARCHES CONDUCTED THROUGH THIS APP/SITE IS COMPLETE, EXHAUSTIVE, RELIABLE, CURRENT OR ACCURATE. NO CLAIMS OR ENDORSEMENTS ARE MADE FOR ANY DRUG, HERB, SUPPLEMENT, COMPOUND, THERAPY, OR TREATMENT.
INDEMNIFICATION
Without limiting the generality or effect of other provisions of this Agreement, as a condition of use, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEALTH GATES and its licensors and suppliers and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and their officers, directors, affiliates, subcontractors, agents and employees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties" and each, individually, an "Indemnified Party") against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (including attorney's fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any third party claims arising out of: (i) your use of the HEALTH GATES and/or your receipt of services; (ii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) your breach of any of your obligations set forth here. You shall not settle any such claim without the written consent of the applicable Indemnified Party.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
HEALTH GATES may revise, modify or amend the information contained on this page at any time without notice. Any such revision, modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon either posting it to this app/website or otherwise notifying you.

ONLY DOCTORS/CONSULTANTS ARE LIABLE FOR THEIR ADVICE CONSULTANCY. BY USING THIS APP, YOU PROVIDE CONSENT AND AGREES NOT TO TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HEALTH GATES, ITS DIRECTORS, PARTNERS OR STAFF FOR ANYTHING. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND RE-CHECK WHERE YOU BELIEVE THAT MEDICAL ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY MAY NOT BE CORRECT.
